Purchased set of elite fry pans and set of elite tri ply sauce pans about a year ago however one pan developed a faulty coating, called in to the Morganstown branch and they replaced the pan without any problem. What a great way to get more business. So many thanks.

However, as I said, excellent knowledge and service fro the staff and good quality products on offer.

I’d gone to look at and ask advice regarding cast iron casserole dishes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Not only giving me advice on ‘re-seasoning’ my existing dishes but also giving me printed instructions on how to do this. Their advice was so good they’ve done themselves out of a sale on this occasion but I will return there when I’m looking for kitchen equipment.
