Co-op Food - Swanscombe

Absolutely lovely and I am very proud of Coop they have smoothies and much more but they don’t sell balloons which is sad but I’m leaving a 5 Star 😍🥰

On this street it's my favourite place to buy food from, thank God we have it here. Bakery, smoothies, vegetables and froots, good choice of everything I need daily. Staff is always friendly, self-service was not broken for a long time, they fix it fast.
They do have a problem with a very bad smelling fridge with smoothies, and it smells awful for a long time, but I suppose it's hard to get rid of and they're working on it. Also eggs and water run out too fast, hope they will provide more in the future. But I still put 5 stars because it's a very nice store and I love it.

Great village coop however understaffed in store and attached post office means long waiting times at times.

One of my best shopping experiences at a coop, staff are always friendly, the manager is friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and refreshed. Could go on and on. Highly recommended!!!

Friendly and helpful staff

The store manager needs to attend to the major issue of the store being understaffed. Not only is it an inconvince for the customers when they are waiting for assistance on the selfscans or behind tills, but it is also unfair on the working staff as it puts so much more pressure on them to both fulfil those customer needs as well as complete numerous tasks.

Other than that it is a very nice little store to visit to get your daily essentials.

Still queues even after refurbishment but allowing for teething problem much improved. I expect to be able to give 5 stars next visit.
A handy local shop an asset to local community. Friendly helpful staff, good range and economic prices.
