Excellent service from the staff, not had any issues with any of the items purchased. Staff has always been courteous and professional.

Just popped in for the first time & got three LOVELY new outfits! Staff couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. Happy to stay open a little later so I can pop in & also will put things aside for me . Big thanks and will be seeing you guys again soon!

I love this shop, as every time I'm in the area, at least ones a month I have to pop in, simply because I always find something that I love, from shoe's, boots slider's & clothes's

Faulty goods, Children’s Boots (Lelli Kelly) have come apart from the inside, only 42 days old.
Shop refused refund under consumer rights act on faulty goods
I was told that if he was to give a refund, he would have to charge £1 a day rental as they have been worn!
I was also told that “most likely the sun has come out now and you want summer shoes instead”

Upset my daughter, she wanted to return something she had bought that day, she was told no refunds, and called me to tell me they were rude to her! I rang the shop to ask why she can’t return it and the guy started accusing me of calling them liars, really wouldn’t bother with the stress for some poor quality clothes!

Seller rude and confusing return policy that she could not sufficiently explain and when questioned did so in a condescending manner. Also asked for cash which could be indicative of nefarious behaviour. Shop there if you want semi cute clothes with backhanded snarks.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, the no returns or exchanges even if the item is faulty, like sole falling of the bottom of shoe after less than 1 week. The lady accused me of all sorts when I had brought them for a office job, then the man in the back came out and was aggressive trying to push me out his shop, infront of other customers . Do your self a big favour and do not shop here, I don't know how this shop is even still open, they have been reported to trading standards a number of times. They get you to go get cash out instead of using cards in the shop. Something not right with this shop.
