Good and clean shop which is covered out side but they got many item in store. Good Local shop.

I needed to return a pair of shoes and this was my nearest collect+ / yodel drop off point. Except they wouldn't take it because they "don't take boxes, only bags". So that was pretty unhelpful. Hopefully this review will help someone else not waste their time and they can go to a different store that offers the full collect+ service.

Had to post an item for return. Was told numerous times to come back as their machine was broken. On the 3rd attempt I was told they don't accept large parcels (shoe box size). Just don't waste your time and find another courier service or pick-up/dropoff point.
To top it off they don't have the friendliest staff either. Just overall bad experience and poor service.

Horrible place, avoid at all costs
