Matalan

They have a variety of ladies, children, men and babies clothing and some general stuff. I got a blazer, a legging and some bubbles and the prizes were good. I plan to visit to get some clothes for my 10 year old Son... Nice place and I am super impressed.

This was my first visit to Matalan in years. I spent far more than I expected because the clothes were such good value. Decent quality, stylish cotton/linen clothing for the summer.

My wife and I love shopping at Matalan. It is our favourite shop. We find everything we need when looking for clothes, or shoes, whether it is for everyday wear or holiday; plus there are lots of home products to choose from all at very reasonable prices. I recommend getting a Matalan club card.

Always nice cheapy bargains, bought a nice shirt, well pleased, pity I spilt my chicken balti on it, turmeric don't wash out, so gonna get another lol

Great store. Very cheap with great selection of clothes in all sizes. Also sell accessories and footwear. Staff are particularly willing to serve, efficient, and helpful. I spoke to the acting manager at the time I was there, and he was thrilled I had taken the trouble. Big car park, which is free for a good number of hours and easy access to store. They take cash or card and also do refunds for online purchases. Saw a few dishonest people trying to scam them about returned items! Don't do it..the staff are not daft and you may end up looking foolish!!! At the prices they sell at no one should be mean enough to want to rip them off... but they do!!😡 I love this store!

Fantastic shop Christmas shopping for gifts and clothes for everyone beautiful clothes for going out and about and special occasions lovely children clothing for every age the only thing self-service machines 1 lady serving and no one around the shop floor to ask where anything was it looks like Matalan has no staff only machines not good as I love shopping in Matalan but I will wait in the queue for a person not a self-service machine

Impromptu shopping session but plenty of options.

I had to return an item that I purchased on line. It was quick and my credit card was credited with the amount. Pleasant young lady served me, and once I explained that I had ordered a size large, and the picker selected it because it said large on the hanger,but it turned out to be a 3xl. Just a simple mistake on the warehouse side. Glad to say they had a size large in stock so happy all round. Also bought some new bras, as for some reason I have put on a little extra weight. Thank you Christmas.

Matalan prices are really good, staff are very helpful and friendly would recommend anytime, if you haven't tried the store give it a go you have nothing to lose

A nice evenly spread out shop. Sells clothes for everyone. I find it excellent for kids clothes.

Nice customer service and I personally love the layout of the store.

I do enjoy shopping here, I find this shop less busy and for me that's a good thing, I don't like having to move around people. I end up feeling too warm and having to leave. The selection of clothes here is great too and the staff are friendly

At Matalan today on Newport road Cardiff looking for some clothes for my Son was helped by a lady called Maz to say she couldn’t do enough would be a understatement!!! I normally hate going shopping but she made my whole experience very delightful and I think that she deserves a big fat bonus for her customer care and efforts in going the extra mile!
