I left my purse behind after a purchase at this store. After a bit of a panic I phoned them to see if they had found it. I spoke to a very kind young lady who put my mind at ease and said it had been put in the safe. I picked my purse up they asked me to check that everything was there, thank goodness it was. Amazing customer service so kind and thoughtful thank you for helping me.

Called in here today for walking boots and waterproofs for my husband and I. I could not fault the staff from start to finish, they did not have my size but managed to get a pair from another store for me. Great customer service. Will definitely be going back

Very nice place with lots of stuff to find and discounted too! Find what I need thanks to the nice young lady from there. She explain the difference between a waterproof jacket and a rain jacket. Georgie was very efficient and patience!
