Recently opened store. Very organised. The staff are efficient and friendly. Great experience all in all.

Gregg's are like MC Donald's ...same stand where ever you go ...

Full menu, indoor and outdoor seating, all new building and interior and well organized. Gets busy so there's are queues. It's fairly new and I think staff are still trains so service is slower but should be fine soon.

Oddly the food here seems better quality than other Greggs, I’m not sure how this happens!! Service good too

Very small, over priced, even with only 3 people in the queue you will be waiting 15,20 mins so no good if your on your work brack. And stretch the fillings out, won't be going again.

Extremely rude and incompetent staff.

Ordered a click and collect pizza to wait an extra 20 minutes past the pick up time.

My girlfriend was given the wrong order, which we quickly realised and took it back in to be given the correct order.

The staff member who served us deflected the blame onto my girlfriend, and blatantly lied saying my girlfriend had given her a different name. The names were not even alike, so this is unacceptable.

As I was walking off she carried on deflecting the blame muttering under her breath.

She was an absolute disgrace and I've never experienced rudeness in retail like this before.
