Nice stuff , very helpful
Only issues are that shop is small it can get very busy and Queues long . Sometimes once you have to go back in for testing results They haven’t had the time to do it because it’s become so busy, which means you wait longer This is no fault at all
They do there best And I’m usually happy to wait looking around the shop . Sadly, I’ve now can’t go into small shops due to becoming claustrophobic

I’ve started using that online service, which is very very good. I bought a load of games and some software. They’re very good at sending you emails letting you know what’s happening as well as Royal being grate letting you now what going on and when going on .

I do miss going into St Albans. Because the staff are always willing to speak and talk to you whilst you wait if they’re not busy I’ve had some very good conversations about games and other things whilst waiting And the staff to try and get around to do it testing your equipment as soon as they can It’s not their fault the shop is small and there’s limited space. That’s why I’ve given them a five star because they try and do everything they can with the time the staff and what they have

And even though I can’t go in there anymore due to my claustrophobia. Online is just as good

Bought a kindle, battery pack and ipad from them recently.
Superb value for money. I sold four PlayStation games and an old phone and they offered a good rate.
Highly recommended- you're given a warranty in case your product is faulty.

Great service, used a 10 day isolation time due to the bug to clear out lots of drawers and cupboards of 20 + years worth of kit. They where curious and knowledgeable and offered fair prices for what they could take. Great for buying or selling.

We bought with my son, the young sellers are very kind and helpful. The product has been working perfectly ever since. We are returning customers.

I bought a camera from the online shop. When it arrived it did not have the mount cover, the flash did not pop up and the shutter count was over a million. I took it into the st albans shop as I knew they had another in stock. They swapped it for the one they had in stock with very little fuss. I'm now a very happy customer

I came into the shop to buy a cobsole, he was very helpfull, profesional and patient to answer all of my questins.

I like CEX, mainly for the dvd shelf. Not a big shop so not a big selection. They have been helpful with the odd question I've thrown at them so staff are very astute and knowledgeable. Shame it's a small shop as it can be crowded, which is was today!!

Good games selection at fair price. Can trade in games too. Customer also good
