Moved to new student accommodation, find a nearest convenience store(londis), went in and found all the stuff that I need for a months, staff were very helpful and it was nice clean , hot food was really amazing and they are at very affordable prices👌🏻

Always drop an evri parcel, staff are very helpful all the time and good range of stock, happy to be my local shop.

I had to return an Evri parcel, and the shop assistant was the most helpful - he noticed I am having trouble with the scan, so he politely offered his help.
Really grateful for his assistance!

Store looks great under new management, plenty of range always finds what I need at a great prices.

Managers of the store Baharath Neelakurthi or so it says he is, is a disgrace. 0 customer service skills and 0 communication skills.
Refused to take a box for Hermes saying if it’s too heavy ( was around 4kg) and when I asked about the max weight for a parcel said that only small parcels he takes (bags).
No respect for the customers that pays whatsoever.
I would not recommend this shop at all.

The cashier at the supermarket was messing with me. When I tried to return my Amazon package for the first time, he didn't like how I folded the plastic wrap. Even after I tried folding it differently the second and third times, he kept shaking his head. When I asked him questions, he just gestured instead of talking to me. No one could understand his gestures, so I had to ask if you could speak. When everything was finished, I asked if it was okay, but he shook his head and insisted I take a new package bag, even though I had nothing left to return. It was all very confusing. Finally, another staff member told me to put down the package bag and just sign. Then, the cashier showed me how to fold a sealed plastic package bag like it was origami.Ridiculous.

This is a convenience store with a minimum cost of 1 pound. Unable to understand.

If you’re trying to make an EVRI return, don’t come here. Printer is broken 99% of the time, staff can’t say a word in English and can’t tell you when it’ll be fixed. Absolutely incompetent.
