Amazon Fresh

I love popping into this store. Very easy to scan in using your amazon account. My spouse and I shopped together only using my account with no issues. If you need help, there's a very cheerful staff member prepared to help you right at the entrance. The use of technology to improve the corner store shopping experience is truly fantastic. The store was well-stocked with everything you'd expect to find at a local corner grocery shop - dry goods, snacks, cold drinks, hot food, ready-to-eat meals, fresh produce, dairy, etc. The prices were also extremely fair. You'll find many AmazonFresh labeled items - similar to a store branded item. It's truly a breeze to walk in, pick up what you need and then walk out. We received our receipt, which was accurate, approximately 2 hours later.

First time visitor to the store in Richmond. Heard so much about this concept and wanted to see it in action. You need Amazon app on your phone, have an account linked to a payment card. Member of staff showed us how to bring up QR code and use it to enter store. There you grab a free paper bag and fill it with purchases before walking out of store when done. That's it. If you pick it up and don't want it you need to put it back in original position. We were later notified of purchases and were asked to confirm. We had one item which we queried and we were not charged for it. Payment was automatic. Compared with scan and go, its so much easier to do and the prices were very reasonable especially for Richmond.

Good selection of regular shop items plus grab-n-go food and drinks. Have fresh pastries and coffee machines, lunch meal deals, and a selection of beer/wine/spirits. Reasonable prices for the size of the shop. Also have an Amazon Hub for order collection and returns.

They have a good selection of products and I was really impressed with the technology. I had the smoothest shopping experience ever! I also loved their offer for first time buyers so I would recommend anyone to try this at least once.

Really easy system, clear instructions at the entrance and staff to help at the door. Good selection of items, reasonably priced. I was pleased to have such a simple and easy visit after not really understanding 'how can till-less stores work?' Don't worry about how, trust the process and enjoy!

Totally bizarre experience but the meal deal (main and a side for £5) was very tasty and good value. The sirloin roasting joint is great quality and a good price too. Recommended

Great experience but the fresh food has very limited shelf life. Most items expire the next day.
Otherwise amazing concept and super friendly staff

Easy access. Lots of choices. Scan QR code going in under your amazon account. Grab what you want and walk out. Receive the receipt about 15 mins later. Friendly, helpful staff that teach you how it works! Love it, wish they had one where we live.

First experience of this innovative way of shopping. Friendly & helpful staff. Good selection of fresh items & store cupboard essentials. All worked fine and £10 off first shop is brilliant. Hope they expand their stores so I will have a branch close to where I live.

This is for sure the future, I have too say what amazing staff, great customer service and a pleasant experience.

Very convenient, nice to use a simple process to enter the store and not having to queue up at a checkout afterwards, but receiving a receipt for your purchases and bill debited from your stored bank card. Very good availability of products.

Good variety of things available, from ready to go meals to fresh produce. Also made all the more convenient and quicker with the lack of tills, which was initially quite daunting and confusing, but after a few times proves to be very useful and helpful in saving time and hassle.......especially in the mornings!!
