Tesco Superstore

Very clean store and staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a small bite to eat in the cafe. Server was really happy and hot fresh food and drinks were brought out in a timely manner. Good value for money. Car park was plentiful. Store well stocked. Fuel station on site.

What I love is how easy it was to get the bus there and back from Conwy - 27 bus - made it so handy to pick up shopping when on holiday. Great shop with everything you expect including a cafe, toilets, friendly and helpful staff, need a clubcard to get the best prices.

Very pleasant staff. Click and collect straightforward. In store plenty of staff on the tills 'unlike another well known supermarket store' if you got lots of shopping.

I would like to Thank Meghan and Patrick, from Tesco mobile, for their outstanding customer service and patience, I bought a new phone off them and have since been back in store about 4 times, with different problems and then completely locking myself out of the device. They sorted the problem out with kindness and patience. Thankyou .

Very clean, shelves fully stocked & staff at the tills very polite. Member of staff keeps the plants for sale well watered. We've been to other stores, plants are forgotten leaving them dying due to lack of water.

A big thank you to, Sue replenishing ready made meals isle 8.45am this morning. I wanted a family sized Lasgne, for family visit none on the shelves, l waited a while, she advised could be a long wait. She checked boxes on two trollies waiting to be emptied onto shelves, then went to back store area and checked, none today. Thank you Sue over and above help. Have been two days running as have already bought all to go with it. Will re try Friday.

Just been in store and whilst I never usually bother with reviews I thought I needed to give a big shout out to Mark behind the till who served us.
I have never had a better or more friendly supermarket experience, 5 stars thanks Mark.

My current favourite Tesco, the staff here are just so friendly and helpful, possibly because they are slightly more mature in age that many other Tesco stores. A good, safe experience to shop here.

Wow! What a brill bakery. Nothing is too much trouble. Joe the baker took time out to show me where the bread rolls were, even though he was real busy. I wanted a shed load of baps for the bank holiday without notice and guess what? No tut tutting or looking skyward just a smiling face and a pleasant attitude. All the bakery people are nice as is their lady manager. The customer service people are so helpful and proficient. The car wash is amazing value. A truly professional, friendly and tidy store.

Good store. Nice cafe and toilets well attended.

This is a good store . The cafe had a bit of a ‘wobble ‘recently with new staff but now normal service has been resumed . Only minus in here is the store is often cold . A few years ago when profits were down Tesco said they had listened to customers and they would be making their stores warmer . They haven’t . Anyway apart from that it is so much better than Asda which is a place I refuse to go . Even Aldi is better than Asda I’m my opinion and I have only been there a couple of times .

Click & Collect at this store is fabulous the staff are so friendly and helpful and I’d like to say a big Thankyou for the last year to everyone especially to Steph and Henrique who make my Saturday pick up entertaining to say the least ... they are true covid hero’s in my eyes.

Usual very high standards of service, products and food at great prices.

I am not complaining about Tesco it's the cafe we were not happy with,the manager was rude,food was shocking,might give it one more try but I don't think we will use it has much,we go about n every Monday for dinner we had no problem with the last manager it was very laid back,with a good atmosphere

Best experience of my life. Better than Alton Towers on a carnation of ketamine, paracetamol and ribena wrapped up in a paper towel, wet and slowly eased up my add for a slow release.
