I've had a bespoke built kitchen from Ian with no mdf in sight he delivered before time and the quality is amazing no complaints at all. My neighbour has had one and my parents all built from scratch.

We have ordered from Ian many times and will continue to do so in the future. Despite a long wait for our most recent items (COVID, wood shortages and lockdowns) the wait is worth it. The quality of the items can not be beaten and the wait has been totally worth it. Having ordered from Ian many times before COVID too, this is not the norm. Our past orders have always been completed and delivered within 6 weeks. If you want bespoke, hand-made items, Dovetails is amazing.

Ordered a rustic double bed on 2nd June 2021, cancelled order at the end of August 2021. Incredibly poor customer service, zero communication unless i actually contacted them, and replies to questions were curt and condescending. Glad i paid via Paypal as i suspect they were holding out for refund cut off time, which i believe is 6 months, they got to three. Avoid at all costs
