Very odd little shop which barely sells anything, shelves half empty

Owner is incredibly rude. Tried to drop off a parcel and he refused - had the UPS Sign on the door yet refused to take it. Sorry he does not do it anymore, but likes the sign. Was SO rude to me. Was very aware that the shop also smelled of marijuana so it might have been that taking. Was quite nervous actually. Be careful.
