Doing the dreaded school shoe shop. We must have tried on 20 pairs of shoes each in 3 different sizes. The staff were very patient and helpful. Even the 3rd time we went back to try on the same shoes again!! Great shoe wear staff!

Visited the Broughton store today
was very busy. Rachel on the till was very polite and quick she handled the situation very professionally felt bad for the lady on the other till as she had a very difficult customer who was being very unreasonable and she was doing the best she could 10/10 lady's keep up the good work
