Friendly, efficient staffing.
It gets busy at times, but I can live with that.
The staff are doing the best they can with limited resources provided by Morrisons.
Don't expect Morrisons supermarket prices, which I find annoying, but that is not the fault of the staff.
Overall, it is my favourite of the local convenience stores.

Staff are friendly, a little slow at serving customers. Obsessed with IDing every customer that walks through the door. I was overcharge £5.30 on an item. Only negative thing I have to say is instead of refunding the whole amount back, would have made sense to refund the difference. ( I know most places say it’s for auditing reasons. Or is it down to admin staff cannot work out figures and staff not being confident at given back correct change🤔 excuses if you ask me

Just waited over 20 minutes in a big queue, only for the irritating lady on the counter to say they were closing for banking for 15 minutes as i reached the front... Very, very silly considering it would have taken 30 seconds to serve me... I shall not be returning. Customer Service and Communication Skills are Awful 👎👎👎

Went to return a parcel and asked if they print labels they told me yes, the qr barcode didnt work as is my fault they advised me that i needed to scan that to get the return label barcode so i apologised for the error and stepped aside to sort it out which i did, got the return label up with the barcode and for them to print as it states on the invoice to do qued back up for half hour to have staff change over to someone else, finally get to the desk and and explain that i have a parcel for return and present my barcode and return label as i have been told to and was stated in my invoice to only be told that they dont have printing capabilities i explained that the lady before me said they did and told me they could print the label off, the other lady i spoke to before then told me that she had told me that they dont print which is very much contadictory of her previous statement so i stormed out very displeased with how they had me waiting around for nothing what a waste of time wont be going back again also jen doesnt know what shes doing on theat desk so there for either needs trainng or for someone else to be on that deak

Arrived at 17:40 to post a parcel and buy 2 4 pints of milk and a loaf. Was bluntly told by a black-haired female that I am not able to post it because it closes at 6 and they do not get paid after it, despite it being 20 minutes before the post office closed. I have never felt so belittled as I was trying to post a present after finishing work at 17:30. I have never left a review but the shocking treatment has left me no other choice.

Absolute rip off. Local “Convenience” stores adding to the cost of living crisis by charging over inflated prices for essential items. If you can’t get to Asda (other supermarkets are available) then you go to your local store to be charged almost double for loo roll!! Disgraceful behaviour, that’s why the rich get richer and the poor get ripped off!!

Painful. Every single time. Wow, unbelievable.

No urgency. No rush. No customer service skills within certain staff members at all, incredibly rude.
I dont think I have ever been in the shop and posted a parcel in less than 15 minutes. It is a joke. No organisation and also no care.

Very rude of staff to start charting and sharing things to read between themselves when your mid serving a customer who has veen stood there for over 15 minutes. Its inappropriate to roll your eyes when this is pointed out and gossip between yourselves, whilst I am still stood there. This will be going in a formal complaint too as it isnt the first time I have experienced similar. Vulnerable people be vary.

Last time ill be bothering. Waste of my time. Hard work. During a pandemic they aren't making it easy or covinient for people to carry out a quick task, not do they follow social distancing nor wear face masks properly or at all, with no excemption lanyard... If anything I feel uncomfortable to the point of worrying what I may have caught in there considering how long I was in the shop sandwiched into people. Shocking.

Avoid avoid avoid.
