Very nice supermarket look small but have lot of verity to choose. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Sri Lankan leaves such as (gotukolla, mukunuvenna) most of the fresh food coming on Fridays according to shop owner
Also Located in busy main road but you can park 20 min behind the supermarket car park

Everything we looked for were there for reasonable prices. Love this shop.
They have a car park as well (behind the shop) can accomodate around 5 cars

A wide variety of Sri Lankan items available in this store at a reasonable price and they serve hot food as well. There is also a wonderful staff on hand.

My favourite shop to buy Sri Lankan snacks! From murrukku to shorteats they have it all. I love the patties and I always look forward to buying them when it’s nice and fresh. They have all the trad drinks/snacks I would eat whenever I’m in Sri Lanka. I am always welcomed when going into the store and the inviting atmosphere will keep me a dedicated customer 🥰 thank you for being so accommodating.

This shop is always open whenever I drive past, but I never really had a reason to go inside up until today.

Last night, I was suffering at home with the standard seasonal cold and flu that we all seem to get at this time of year. Posted a pic of my ginger, honey and lemon drink on Instagram when a friend of mine messaged me and recommended "samahan". I had no idea what it was, so looked it up on Google. I then discovered it is an ayurvedic tea from Sri Lanka, so immediately thought of the Suganthey store. Nothing to lose.

I've just gone in and bought a packet of it for £6 - Cheaper than Ebay, got it right away and supporting a local business! What more could you wish for?! (Except I hope it sorts out my man flu!) IT'S TEA TIME!!

Very good place, big range of fresh produce inc real banana leaves, and many more. Quite reasonable prices but not everything has price labels so bill can go easily up without knowing. Love their fresh cooked range too! Very yummy kottu, rolls,fish buns and more!

Sri Lankan and Indian groceries are available here. You can also buy fresh Sri Lankan short eats. Very friendly customer service. You also get frozen Sri Lankan koththu, biriyani, frozen fish, crab. There is also wide range of fresh Sri Lankan vegetable which is sent via air cargo all the way from Sri Lanka. You can order idiyappam, make sure you call and order in advance, mostly before Thursday.

Amazing place to shop at for any Sri lankan goods you need. The staff are friendly and the quality of the products are great. They have a good range of vegetables that are fresh and they have a range of foods. Would recommend!

I'm new to Leicester and this was the only place I could find all the Sri Lanka Tamil cooking essentials!

Fantastic shop. Always has my favourite foods when I go there. One of the best tamil food shops in leicester. The staff are friendly aswell. I once went there and they were so helpful, They called a taxi for me to go home as I had alot of shopping.

Great store to pick selective Srilankan and Indian groceries and fresh vegetables. Also prices are less and more competitive to the London stores.
