If i can give 10 stars i would, from start to finish these guys were great, quick , helpful and professional. Massive thanks to Alan for helping with the ordering and the delivery drivers were so helpful and nice to us. i didn't get their names but please thank them for their hard work.

I'd had two failed attempts to get my fridge, once via Amazon, who emailed me a week after I'd paid to say they couldn't fulfill the order. At Curry's I was in-store but I couldn't bear to complete my order due to the incredibly long-winded ordering process and the apparent dimness of the chap taking my details (I was not unkind as I withdrew).Then I remembered Pounds. I was in store for a matter of minutes and the delivery was made the next day. They are brilliant. Shop there. Keep them going.

Horrible horrible experience. Bought a hoover and realised it was wrong, not powerful and wrongly advised. They wouldn’t return after 2 min Home use, after a long long negotiation. They refunded half the cost. Really upsetting. I’m a single dad on low income and the robbed me. I tried to support my local business. But what’s the point when I get treated like that.
