The worst most rudest customers service in picking up a Yodel parcel. So much so I feel obligated to tell everyone that this store is being reported to Yodel for their poor service and refusing to release a parcel advising it hasn’t been delivered yet the barcode scanned confirmed delivery to MTR Local Store. They are providing a service to Yodel but how many parcels actually end up with the customer but somehow have disappeared from the shop!! If I hadn’t insisted they did another search of the store to find the largest box/parcel instead of looking around his feet I would have left knowing full well that their Christmas would ended plentiful and not mine!

Don’t deserve any star. The staff was very rude and intimating when I tried to collect parcels from UPS. I went yesterday. The guy asked loads of questions but didn’t bother to check parcels on floor. I went again this evening and showed him text message confirmation. He was even more rude and inpatient. Asked me to show him confirmation number, tracking number email, text…., then asked me to check for it from all the parcels on shop floor . I couldn’t find it. He had a look. Then shut to me and accused me wasting his time yesterday and today as ‘there is no parcel’ for me …. He said he doesn’t care if I complain.,
Very unpleasant experience. Don’t bother to go there again.

Just bought 2 pints of blue top milk for my toddler, tip it into the bottle to see it is lumpy and sour. Checked the bottle and its 4 days out of date!

I have never been angry with staff in shops but this time it is an exception!!!!! The staff is super rude, not helpful. I feel insulted so I have to defend myself. Worst experience for return a parcel at this ups drop off!

Parcel delivered to store which was confirmed when investigated by yodel.
Store stated it was 'missing' Unbelievable. Robbers! Don't click and collect to store !!! Zero Stars.

No stars for this store .Extremely rude man, doesn’t like taking parcels at all . I took 2 parcels he ranted at me for taking them there . Never again . Yodel need to take notice and remove the facility and give it to someone who wants it !!!!! I didn’t want to give any stars but had to other wise won’t let you post .

Rude staff, DHL says its a drop off point. Apparently they arnt....member of staff was rude, had attitude. I'd walk across the road and give morrisons my money instead in future as least they have a customer friendly policy

I been there few times they are very very rude all the stuff not friendly at all i hope i never need to go there anymore,
