this is a really nice place to do a top-up shop as it has the essentials, or if you were going off on a journey, to pick some snacks up from. the pricing here is a little less than Waitrose, but quality is very high so is definitely worth it if you want good food.

Marks & Spencer have always had the best to offer . Their Luxury Gold Fairtrade Tea is absolutely gorgeous among so many other items like sliced bread and scones .

Peaceful shopping no crowds or queuing. Possibly because I went there around 7pm.
Food selection and choice was amazing. Plus assistant on till was friendly and chatty.
An enjoyable experience. Will definitely shop there more often. 🤗

Wonderful stock of wine and fresh food. Bakery counter excellent and wonderful fresh salads and fruit. Good choice of take away food, Indian, Chinese and Thai. Staff are friendly and efficient

Lovely people, so so clean. The lovely retired gurkhas (and yes they are gurkhas that were stationed at ashford barracks - so please don't just up my back for type casting) just cannot stop cleaning the place. Next time I am taking a sleeping bag as this place is cleaner than my xbox room now I have been "forced" to sleep" there as babies want to sleep with mummy.

M&S food is always good. If you can get on the right day when the discount lots of food then it makes it affordable. Their Pink Port is a cracker for a after dinner drink

I love this M&S Foodhall as it's easy to get to and is always well stocked. We always have a cup of tea a scone after shopping as they do the best scones around.

Great service, polite staff. Good for those nice treats, but a little difficult to do a big shop due to size.

Typical M & S Nice clean store good out of town shop

Queueing at the checkout was a shambles. Formed a cue behind another couple waiting for them to be called over to the other till and another customer walked straight through put her basket down and got served. Very disappointing experience.

M & S have a click & Collect point.

Excellent store and great customer colleagues to help you. The bakery is absolutely fabulous, the bread is so tasty and the staff there go out of their way to help you

Very good food and plenty of choice. Maybe sometimes a little more expensive than other supermarkets - but you get what you pay for!

Lovely store with a good selection of foods and wine. The coffee shop is a little Spartan and could be improved but overall a nice experience.

Nice place to buy food coffee shop good some of the food is pricey but if you like great food this is the place to come x

Good access for the disabled from the nearby carpark. Nice quality food. So well worth the trip.
