Tesco Extra

I like Tesco in general. My experience of this one is especially good. An example: I couldn't find harissa paste. I asked one of the staff, who couldn’t find it either. I didn’t need it urgently, so I told her not to worry and thought no more about it. 15 minutes later, when I was in the checkout queue, she approached me, triumphantly brandishing a jar. She’d found the paste and then searched the store looking for me. That is REAL customer service!

Good Store! It’s very big and you can litterally just pick up Everything in there in a flash!

We regularly shop here and their food selection is good,only down side is their prices on some items are on the rise with the financial climate- otherwise a good experience

I like Tesco. Their prices are keen with the odd nice surprise. Stock is okay but watch the dates.
Access is good for disabled with plenty of disabled parking apart from those that have no business using the disabled spaces. Most staff are very helpful, baring those that are having a bad day, like we all do from time to time. Yes I would recommend Tesco thank you.

Yesterday, I had a problem with an item I had purchased. Even though it soon became apparent that the problem wasn't Tesco's fault, the staff were helpful beyond belief. I would like to thank Leah, James, Kelly & Jean for their help. In particular I must praise Leah & James for their patience, and for their keen & friendly attitude. Cheers!

I always found every member of the store to be very polite, cheerful and helpful. Recently I asked a manager where something was and he took me straight to the item rather than delegating to a junior member of staff, unlike how their big orange competitor reacts at such a request. This is very important because it tells me two things:- 1. The manager knows where all his stock is - very important in sales.
2.The mangager does not think it beneath him to help customers directly. The latter point tells you that if you were to have a complaint the manager is willing to do his utmost to assist his customers. Always a mark of an excellent store. If it helps the reader to make a decision about this store I am 50, female, and I used to sell cosmetics door to door so I know a thing or two about sales and how to get more business and how to keep customers happy.

This is a good branch to visit that's grown in size over the years to now carry a large grocery stock and also have room for coffee, mobile phone centre, pharmacy, photo desk, travel money bureau and modern checkouts with much more besides. The world food section is good too, offering Polish, Asian and some African country tastes. You can pick up home wares, some car bits, toys, electronics and more along with your big food shop while your car is hand washed in the car park, don't forget to visit the petrol station too.

One of the largest Tescos in our area with a very large selection of food, clothing and electrical equipment such as TV's, audio equipment and music. Good selection of Blueray and Dvd's and books. This store even has some gardening accessories and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Seems like a lot of people here don't like the younger staff. As a youngster myself I actually get on with quite a lot of the staff members. The store is actually the best it's ever been and the prices are fair and competitive.

My friends from Kingsnorth took me there two years ago and I admit I loved the shop and we really enjoyed our tea-time in their cosy and smart cafe .

Good store same as Whitfield store has everything u want + need probably a bit more as they av stuff other Tesco hasn't parking good aswell don't like how they av got there bakery

I like Tesco, never done me wrong, favourite one is Southend but I live back in Kent now so Ashford PF is local one and it's good.

Good place to shop.
Parking could do with some work.. Vans ect parking in child parent bays..

I always find what I'm looking for and more. Plus with the club card points I can exchange them for avios points, and use them for my trips.
