Friendly and helpful staff. They offered us a free sample of their new food which was delicious. You'll definitely find yourself there. A good choice for lunch and definitely worth a try.

Great for Xmas dinner to chuck in the oven. The food is of great quality and very tasty. It certainly takes the faff out of what is already a stressful day of the year! The staff are very friendly and attentive.

I can highly recommend the Roasted Pepper & Goats Cheese Quiche and the Chicken, Ham and Leek Pie. There are amazing and taste just as though they’ve been home made. Are a little expensive but certainly a lovely treat when entertaining

This rating is without having tried the food. I went in this morning as I've never been into COOK before. A wide selection of frozen meals, catering for individuals, couples, families and parties. Diverse range of meats, fish and veg options. Also some very delicious looking desserts. Finally, the staff were really lovely. The lady there gave us a quick overview of what they do, the different offers they have and gave us a menu with a voucher to take home too. Hats off to the staff!

I received a delivery this afternoon from the Sanderstead store. As a past customer of Cook I know the food will be good but today I would like to thank the store staff for the prompt delivery, Shaena, who packed both boxes so well and the very cheerful guy who delivered the boxes, read the notice, put them on my doorstep and waited on the path for me to open the door.
It was so good to get a smile on a rather damp day.
