Great experience.
Went shopping for my daughter and I to go on holiday and got some really good deals.
Staff were friendly. Definitely recommend registering and getting discounts off I'm store well worth it.

Big, comprising all categories (women men kids house accessories) and tidier and cleaner than a lot of other branches I've visited. The self check-outs installed recently are easy to use and there's always an assistant nearby to lend a hand or explain how they work anyway. Also well stocked!

Great clothes shop, handy for in store pick up locker.

I love that h and m did a calab with blackpink because i got a lot of blackpink clothing I would recommend if you like blackpink

I went with grandson, the staff were most helpful and the cashier outstanding! Tool time with me to become a member.
An absolute must visit! I winter shop anywhere else now. Apologies for not remembering the young persons name which was so helpful at the counter.

I went into H&M in Lewisham today and received excellent customer service by Daniella Forbes. I had a problem with a discount code and she went out of her way to make sure I received it even though I told her it was okay as there was many people in the queue. But she made sure I received it and was so patient and kind. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Definitely worthy of a promotion, hope to see her as manager soon.

Nice Department Store, I enjoy shopping here because you can bag some good bargains, and the music creates a nice relaxing atmosphere!, plus the added bonus of not being bothered by shop assistants when your looking around. Especially in the changing rooms, this is the best clothes store in Lewisham Riverdale centre and I always enjoy looking around here!..

You can get trendy outfits for the whole family come summer or winter. Children's clothes, underwear, sandals, pumps, boots even hair decorations . What I love most about H&M is that you can drop old or unwanted clothes for charity or recycling in exchange for a five pounds voucher towards your next purchase.

Nice big and spacious and well lit. Took my 12 year old shopping and she loved it. Bought a few things.

Excellent shopping experience, good clean environment with varied choice in attire. It's spacious and suitable for most shopping occasions including some home utilities.
