Asda Farnworth Superstore

I enjoy all Asda stores around Bolton and wish we had one in little lever , only problem for me is that the plants outside are poorly looked after , a lot of the problem for me lies with the watering of the plants particularly with the bedding plants I'm sure Asda are aware of this due to the waste levels ( dead plants ) why not introduce a course on caring for them or just a guide attached to the Dutch trolley which would also assist the customers 😎😎😎😎😎

Good shopping place esy to get around

Amazing place brilliant staff. Most the time have everything in storage. Although one 0r two workers always seem a little bit moody

Ordered a 'create your own' pizza from the bakery stall. Great speedy service and the pizza was delicious, you cannot argue with the price either. Would highly recommend 👌

I was walking down the condiments aisle when i received a call from an unknown number. I answered the call by shouting at the top of my voice

Sure enough it was the legend that is Clint Boon. I had just won some gig tickets. What a legend.

Shops not bad, all the necessities you need under one roof

This a medium-sized Asda superstore. It has a fresh bakery department and a good selection of fresh foods in general. However, there can be issues with product availability on occasion.

This store is right in the heart of Farnworth town centre, and the store is well established, and is also long associated with raising money for local community charities within its immediate vicinity since it first opened, apparently as far back as 1979.

I give the store 5 stars. That is because a lot of the staff have worked at the store for many years and give great and experienced customer service with a friendly, approachable countenance. It is far better than the surly attitude from the employees that work at the newer Tesco store that opened on the former Kwik Save site in Longcauseway a few years ago.

To balance this review out. If you want to shop at an Asda store that sells everything under the sun, then larger, newer branches at Horwich, Trafford Park, or even Pilsworth, near Bury, may suit your needs better. However, this store has a good pharmacy, and in 2016, added a new petrol filling station.

This asda has toilets, baby changing area and wherlchair access. There is a george section but its not very big, theres an instore bakery, does not realy cater much for halal, vegan or dietry requirements in the frozen section, although there is 2 aisles of toys and a very small make up and toiletry section.

Have you been to an ASDA near you?..... Well it was just like that!

Very fast in and out service..prices good too but not as good as aldi and lidl.

Very clean and tidy. Good staff. For a domestic shopping, I'm always satisfied.

Got what I wanted price and quality wise but could do with more stock for larger men 3xl polos very poor selection

Asda at farnworth is really easy to shop at it sells good quality food with lots of choice and value for money I shop there all the time.
