Friendly people - for first visit entering the industrial estate with the security guard seems hard - but it’s not - store is never too busy - I always do click and collect so am in and out in 2 minutes

Got everything needed helpful staff. Seemed to have most items in stock. Didn't have to wait long for order. It came out almost str8 away. Quick clean friendly service. didn't catch staff members name not only was he helpful more importantly he was happy to help. That's 5 star quality

Friendly staff, vast selection of stock and very reasonably priced. Be prepared for the occasional wait as things are sourced from the warehouse from other customers before you. That's not really a problem is it ! Good company.

Very helpful staff had to replace pair of fluorescent tube lights on Fri afternoon winters day took them with me helpful chap checked stock confirmed had replacement ones that would fit also got some starter fuses all in £15 pair got home fitted worked well job done! Love this store. Also Covid secure site so felt safe in there. Well done guys.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I shop there at least once a week as I live walking distance from the store. They are stocked well but as some items are online exclusive or just sell off - checking stock online is a good idea - if they do not have it, you can have it the next day by noon or just check nearby branches.

The screwfix I used today was at Heathrow industrial estate hounslow I had to get myself a pair of work boots a lot of builder supply people want you to order online but I took a chance today a quick browse of the catalogue and found what I needed I wrote my order from out and got my goods within 5 minutes of arriving at this store no queuing just polite service

Great store. Easy to get to on the industrial estate, bit different having to go through a manned gate, keep to the right as you drive up to the barrier as gaurd is on the right. Tidy store, well laid out. Huge amount of stuff in stock and trade counter next door.

One of a few stores I use. This one is normally quieter, staff are friendly and plenty of parking. If the local traffic is bad it can take a while to get out of that area as only one exit onto a dual carriageway.
