Sending parcels today, omg I got mixed up with them, 10 in total newbie to sending things, anyway guy there was lovely so patient with me let me take parcels out and check them, he was so nice said to take my time didn't offer me a brew thou, lol. Thankyou service was second to non, see you tomorrow (tues)

Very badly organised regarding click and collect. Staff didn't appear to know what they were doing. Not professional. I will be taking my custom elsewhere, in future.

Went to pick up a click and collect parcel which arrived the day before. I told the elderly man this who then proceeded to call me a liar and it had been there longer. Despite the tracking confirming I was right and it was only delivered the day before. Overall a very rude experience.

They are holding parcel above 9 days I wasn't able to collect it for the first time they told me the mashine is not working they are not able to scan it then the next day the system start working but they said that they don't have my parcel over 6 day I always coming to that shop asking for parcel which they don't have I call to my sender to do something with it coz Yodel was pretty shure that he delivered this to the shop when I was on the phone with worker John Lewis on the speaker the guy from shop find my parcel do he was holding parcel all this time ... Very bad customer service they was lying to us ...

Very very poor customer service. EVERY single time I go there, the girl in on the phone chatting to her mates, ignoring customers completely. No manners at all! No hello no bye. Just constantly on the phone gossiping like a fish market woman. Wouldn't even stop to serve the customer. Had a feeling I'm disturbing her. Won't be spending money there for sure.

Prices are too flipping high went to buy a burger flipping 3.50 bled they think I'm bill Gates brev the girl is always on the phone and the old man is pretty rude
