Used for the Hermes parcel returns machine, just scanned an QR code on my phone and printed label, gave parcel to the nice friendly member of staff who scanned and gave me a receipt and I placed parcel in a bag. Easy.

Staff are always nice and friendly too me.

Rude staff, takes 10 mins per customer, don't use for Evri pick up/collection go elsewhere. Seen him signing for someones parcels when he couldn't find them. Scammers.

Several of the staff members are rude and unhelpful for very simple things like sending/receiving parcels. It's as if they can't be bothered to do their job. It takes a lot for me to leave negative feedback but I've had several bad experiences here so they really need to learn simple courtesy.

Returned 2 items here for evri collection. Apparently they've gone missing as evri said these items weren't there.

My itams have been delivered by wish but the staff can’t be bothered to find them and say they’ve not received them and when I order from wish to my house they always turn up very dodgy people running that shop

Be careful dealing with them as they will scam you if they have a chance and you won't notice that.
Count the change before you leave.
They charge for cashback without mentioning that.
Horrible.

Several times I have seen minors sold tobacco, rizlas and grinders! Absolutely unbelievable that this is being allowed to happen.

Rude, lazy, unprofessional.
