Great place to visit, pizza wasn’t on where I visited but the menu looked good. Service was good. The bacon sandwich was Devine, lovely thick bacon on fresh bread all served with a smile.

If you need anything optical and other accessories associated with wildlife watching this is the place to go. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable offering useful advice for customers, there is a viewing area where you can try out their vast collection of binoculars and scopes and the prices are also very competitive.

Fantastic advice and service. Well worth driving too, in fact I’d go as far to say don’t buy a scope without coming here first. Great range of scopes to actually try overlooking fields. I had 5 scopes on 5 tripods side by side so as to instantly compare how I felt with each. Was not rushed, or pressured just good advice. I purchased a £500 second hand scope. Very pleased

You get the same excellent level of service regardless of whether you are spending £50 or £2000. Can't be beaten in my opinion well worth a journey.

Absolutely fab shop for optics. All the team so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Great opportunity to try a variety of binoculars and telescopes on the bird feeders and distant wood at the back of the shop. Competitive pricing on a Covid safe environment. What's not to like?

Great service. I spent a long time reading and researching binoculars for my wife and was more confused at the end of all the research than when I started. Saw Cley Spy online and paid them a visit. FANTASTIC, their information was second to none. Asked me what my budget was and the presented me with a selection of binoculars of 10 binoculars for my wife to try. They have a great viewing area with information telling you how far different thing are you are looking at. All the binoculars we were looking at were priced well within what my budget was as all the binoculars had price tags on them. That was all of them except one pair and that was the pair my wife said were the best for her, I liked them too. As they had no price on I was expecting them to be the pair that was over my budget price.... I was totally blown away when they told me the cost. They were over £100 less than my budget. I went to get advice about a new tripod. This was given in a friendly, unhurried and knowledgeable way. In addition, I asked about obtaining a new rainguard for my ELs and was given one free of charge along with new eyecups because mine were worn. A superb shop and outstanding customer service.

I had the best time arriving at the perfect binoculars for me. Kieran was crystal-clear leading me through the options. The binoculars are game-changers for me. I’m so happy I went to the perfect place to buy them. I had the confidence ask ‘basic’ questions and know I’d get clear answers.

Fantastic shop! Helpful and informed advice in a friendly environment. They even have a bird watching area and optical targets to allow you to try the binoculars and telescopes. Despite all this service their prices are competitive. Well worth a visit!

Brilliant customer service! Great advice and try before you buy. Armed with new bins, you can then do a lovely Norfolk wildlife walk straight from the door. Recommend as was recommended to me.

A wonderful experience. Superb range of equipment. Friendly and comprehensive service. Unhurried. Well organised. Honest and knowledgable advice. A great facility to test products in a real setting with optical test targets. So you might think you would have to pay a premium for such an ideal experience. Wrong! Very competitive and keen pricing. Some bargains too. it was a long way to go but I owe my thanks to the former customer who said I would not be disappointed.
