the staff in this store are incredibly hard working and friendly. Having to work the till and stock up at the same time usually. Patrik ,Neil and Daniella were working today and they were as friendly as ever and working super hard. A shining example of customer care.

Rude staff, shouting that I can't bring my dog in. My dog is an assistance dog. Grumpy ableist attitude. If I could give zero I would. They may not enjoy their job, but manners amd smiles help when working in customer facing roles. Do you need any help (I'm a wheelchair user) would be a better greeting. Happy to come and educate the team. Can't see the shop surviving with such lack of service, and unfriendly staff.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Very rude arrogant man works here. Not only did he lose sales by his behaviour, but he shouts across the store at you. He cannot talk pleasant ly to you and does not make eye contact. I would not step inside this store again until he leaves or sells up.

Incredibly rude male staff, clearly stressed from a busy day but no need to have a go at a customer. Wouldn't go here again.
