Great store with alot of grocery options. Right in the middle of Rustington and accessible via a free car park

Always come here for a daily small shop, free coffee and walk in the fresh air. Has everything I need.

The partners are very helpful. I'd gone to the store for click & collect, but had forgotten my ID. I was leaving to go and collect it when one of the partners came after me to warn me about the 2 hour/no-return rule! Saved me getting a parking ticket!

Always a good range of quality fresh food and dry goods. Reduced price items regularly found late afternoon onwards. Easy parking. Queuing to get in most of the time currently though you don't normally gave to wait long.

Smaller than many shops but can get most things, big car park, lovely deli counter

The staff are always so helpful here. Nothing is to much trouble. Clean and well stocked store

Gave my wife a lift to Waitrose earlier today to collect a John Lewis coat (£150 down to £50) I'm not qualified to judge the quality of said item but even I could tell that this was a bargain! More seriously I note that Waitrose properly monitors and controls numbers in the shop, ensures that trolleys are cleaned after each use and enforces mask wearing. Finally, where else in this area could you get quince jelly!

Not so well stocked today but pleasant staff and there is always something you buy even though you didn't know you wanted it. Good food as always.

Good supermarket with very helpful staff. Don't understand people who call it "expensive". I have found many items cheaper than Sainsburys plus use your Waitrose card and get discounts plus free coffee and newspaper every day.

The staff are very friendly and make you feel important to them. They value your custom and go out of their way to make sure you find what your looking for.

I was in a hurry and left large pack of toilet rolls and pack of paper rolls in my trolley a week ago, when I went shopping there this morning I asked at enquiry desk whether they had been handed in, not expecting that they would have been and they weren't, however Waitrose gave me these items without charge, can't praise them enough especially as it was my fault for leaving them in trolley,

The utltimate middle-class shopping experience is here. Do you like rubbing shoulders with local doctors and retired couples whilst buying Columbian coffee and fine ham? Then look no furher than Waitrose in Rustington. I honestly have no idea how I will be able to go back to Sainsburys after this, the kids on bikes in the car park scare me.

Just been to waitrose rustington I love that shop the staff are great so helpful when we got to checkout the supervisor gave my lovely deserving friend a bunch of flowers it was as if she new how kind

For a smallish supermarket Rustington Waitrose carries a very wide range of stock. Most stuff in stock most of the time. Very helpful and friendly staff. Well done Waitrose!

Free parking for 3hours so you have time to walk around village bit pricey as usual

Love it but I spend to much money. Not because it's dear just different things I want to try. Especially like the Heston range

Good selection of quality produce and self serve tills so you don't have to get on end of queue.

I purchased everything on my list and more I love shopping here you get some unusual things and thier prices are very competitive
