I usually like to shop in Next cause they have my size. The folks in this store are lovely. I had an interview the next day. I went in near closing time. They showed me different sizes to try and let me use the trial rooms when it was already closed. They also the searched the store for my size and color.

Very nice staff, couldn't be more helpful....and we didn't even buy anything!

I have been to Next in Harrow on a few occasions and found the store manager, Veronica, to be helpful with my queries. She even kindly opened the changing room area for me despite the fact that they store was going to close. Whilst in the queue, I saw that despite it was almost closing time and very busy, she dealt with the other customers in a personable way too and is a very friendly person. After this positive experience, I knew I had to get her name and write a review!

I like the quality of the clothes and the collection. It is a good bet for those who want to upgrade from hnm but don't want to go up to M&S. The store itself has a smaller collection for men and the larger floor is reserved for women. Now who would be surprised by that? :)

So the fitting room was closed and I need to try the clothes for an important party 🎉 the girl who called Chika opened it for me and made my day, otherwise I have to back and return the clothes or change that. Thanks Chika ♥🥹

Amazing service from Nishi and Dipti, they were both very patient and helped to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Considering how busy they were I'm extremely grateful for their help, thank you both again.

I love Next clothes and I order online mainly and collect in store. I always buy all my family items for Christmas presents.
