As a local shop this is brilliant. It has everything you need, well stocked. Cycle rack just outside. Self service check out only.

Very handy for a quick shop but don’t expect to be able to do your big weekly shop here.

Amazingly kind and friendly group of people working here, willing to go beyond to assist the customers, regardless of how difficult the task might be!!!

Having had bad experiences in this store in the past trying to get gluten-free food, strangely enough I persisted and now it is AWESOME!! Better and better gluten-free range every week - something to do with a change of manager I gather. Went in a few weeks ago for a loaf of the lovely multi-seeded gluten free brown bread (in my view the tastiest GF bread on the market) and came out with 2 bags of gluten free goodies. Keep up the good work. It is much appreciated!

Great picnic food, wide range of salads, sandwiches, tapas, sushi etc. Great to pick up a selection of little bits then head over to the Common opposite the tube station and have snacks in the sunshine. Cold beers and wine two and wooden forks and spoons to eat it all.

My experience was 💯 the Beautiful Cash Assistant Pearl was exceptionally professional and well presented.

Not to mention the well stocked shelves and fridges, very clean store and every staff was pleasant with smiles and small banter from the Baker guy lol and Pearl.

This store has it all. I buy wonderful food there. Their clothing ...and home goods can't lose. Affordable ...and stylish, PLUS they even have an overseas website! How cool is that?

M & S is a food chain store. It has some great produce, but there are plenty of cheaper altermatives down the hill in Balham (they closed their shop there.)
The staff are helpful. They sell bread made elsewhere and finished on site. Their stock of bread frequently sells out early.
Queues to pay can be quite long. The people who showed here seem to be high-income types who find it convenient to buy ready prepared premium food close to the Underground station.

The manager, Adam, was unbelievably kind and good humoured - we were short on time and he was extremely patient and helpful. Thank you Adam!!!

premium quality it seems in here , or is it something in the air? Anywho lovely staff generally 1 or 2 you can tell they rather be elsewhere or still in bed nevertheless the sandwiches secure you the ***** from me

It’s not the biggest store but I always find what I need. I especially like their fruit and veg section, great quality food!

The employees are patient, friendly, and helpful. It's rare and unexpected to find service this good in London.
