I would in the past give this shop 5 * for helpful staff and excellent choice having been a customer for years.
BUT bought a sweatshirt for a holiday 3 weeks ago and came back last night. Washed once at 30 in a new machine and coming apart. Told no refund or credit note but to contact the company. Very disappointing as it is not fit for purpose if it cannot be washed.
Went back a day later and got a refund once the problem was understood. Very lovely helpful owners. I had been served by a now very apologetic trainee.
So have restored them to 5 * for excellent products and so nice

I love this shop! All the staff I have met have been very friendly and helpful. A beautiful selection of clothes, including Seasalt. Very high quality goods and a lovely setting.

Walked in today and shop was really nice and tidy. Very friendly staff and such high quality clothes for great prices it was a pleasure to go and will be going again would recommend to everyone.

Do not buy from this shop, very poor customer service. They are not open about any of their returns policies, do not display any policies and do not communicate that basically they have no returns policy. They will only give you a credit note, when you are visiting on holiday this is not an acceptable practice, I would never visit the shop again. Now left with unusable goods BEWARE if buying from here.
