Well looked after by Zaid . Our sim wasn't working. Sorted out the issue in a matter of mins, fast efficient service!

Great service from both people I dealt with, they were polite and friendly. Great atmosphere and energy in the shop. Nikita who dealt with me personally did her best to resolve my issue, in the most prodessiknal and efficient way possible.

I couldn't use my phone and I went to the EE Store. Harmeet was brilliant, he resolved the problem and I can't thank him enough. Please keep up the good work 👏.

Visited here 3 times during the course of a week about moving from another provider. Never a wait to chat with an advisor. Always got the impression that EE wanted my business. 2 of the 3 visits Erla (happy to be mentioned by name) went above and beyond to answer my questions and explain options. Devoted plenty of time to get everything set up with my existing phone and tying the new EE contract into my existing BT home contract. Over the next couple of days, everything played out as Erla said it would. I'm very happy with the result and wish I'd been more proactive about moving providers years ago.

Excellent and very good staff at Ilford EE shop. Got my upgrade today, Phone I wanted was in stock at Ilford EE shop unlike when I visited EE shop Romford branch the previous day. Have no idea what they are doing and very rude and unhelpful staff. EE shop Ilford is better. Harmeet, was very helpful, patient and brilliant. Thank you so much.

Really good, the help i got from this Bengali guy he was really helpful needed a charger for a phone as i was sceptical thought it was a charger issue wanted to confirm my Suspicions i asked to see if the charger will work previous encounters all staff refused but he was good enough to show us and we bought it then and there good job
