I found about this company American Fizz through Google. I was absolutely delighted with the services i received from them. I got everything I ordered. I really love all the lovely things they sell on there website. My favorites are the lays chips and the sour cream and onion stax chips they were very very very tasty.The level of service here is outstanding with very fast delivery with everything i ordered received in perfect condition. I am really enjoying the taste of the American food that I bought from this lovely company American fizz. Everything like tins cans glass are packed very well with bubble wrap so it gets to you in perfect condition. If some items are out of stock that you ordered then the lovely lady's will call you or email you because they really like to make every experience for people shopping on American fizz very comfortable.The staff are Autistic friendly as I have Autism.They really look after me well. I really appreciate everything that American fizz do for me. I will always shop with American fizz and do business with them for many years to come. I ordered from this site every now and again since the first Covid lockdown, and my experience was quite good. The only problem I ever had with them was that my recent order was taking ages to be dispatched, but this was due down to human error and was dispatched on the next working day. I would definitely order from here more.

I bought 12 calypso drinks and they arrived fast and also very reasonable price. Up in Scotland and other sites charging almost double for these lemonade drinks, delighted I’ve found a new supplier , 5 stars thanks guys

Fantastic place to order your American treats. Items are always packaged well, within great date too. Delivery is always spot on and very quick. Communication is fab, especially if an item you want is out of stock you will be notified and offered a swap or refund hassle free. Honestly don't need to look any further!

I wish they had some sort of loyalty scheme - every order you rack up points or every 5th order you can pick one free item, something like that would be really nice!

Hard to find treats all in one place. This is my new goto site for treats for my Mrs. She loves crisps, and the Herrs Curls are the best. Great service too.

Placed an order recently, unfortunately there were some stuff I selected out of stock, they were very quick to contact me and gave me the choice of a refund or to swap it with any other items and they were very apologetic. This didn’t bother me as I know it’s very very busy this time of year and I just got some bargains!

Overall their customer service was brilliant and I received my package so fast! 10/10 recommend

I made a fairly big order (£60) to test this store out and everything was spot on. Particularly a fan of the discounted section and overall I find these guys have a great range for decent prices. A lot of stuff out of stock but it's always being updated. Rebecca from their customer service team is very helpful!

I’ve been using American Fizz for 18 months and had 6 or 7 orders. I’ve got to say they’ve always been great. Fair pricing and brilliant delivery. Even during Covid I’ve still received me order in reasonable time. The selection is one of the best I’ve seen and they have regular re-stocks, so you never wait long for the items you love. If you’re on the hunt for great American candies, baked goods and beyond I would recommend them!

Excellent service. I ordered a lot of glass bottles of drink and was originally concerned that they would smash on their way to me, but I needn't have worried, each bottle was individually wrapped in bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition. I am very happy with my order and will not hesitate to order again in future, thank you.

I've nothing but excellent things to say about American Fizz. Every order has been precise, all communication made with them has been responded to within a few hours, just a wonderful company overall.

Needed an order processing and despatched quicker than i usually would and I got in touch with them and in typically brilliant style it was delivered the next day.

Wide ranging selection of products are available but you have to be quick because they do sell fast.

I've absolutely no qualms or concerns in recommending them to anyone, They're actually one of a rare number of businesses who DO care about their customer base and will always try to accommodate all requests where & when possible.

It says something when you order from them 3 times in one week 🙈

Finally found a English site that sells powered drink mixes at a decent price.
I have searched and searched for my jolly rancher and sunkist drink addiction! If it stocked crystal light I would be even more ecstatic!
Company true to their word, delivery time was spot on, they told you BEFORE you ordered, items arrived in a lovely cute small box with fragile on it!

Great prices compared to other American sweet places. But mostly here to say THANK YOU for getting my parcel here for Christmas! I ordered very last minute (night time 21st) and was very aware the last order date for Christmas was the 15th so I never expected it to arrive in time. But its just turned up (morning 23rd)! I've been ordering from American Fizz for a few months now, and they are my go to online shop for American goods. They are the best as far as I'm concerned. The two times I've had to contact customer service, they have been super friendly and accommodating. Also, the review about them selling out of date items should be ignored. All out of date items are clearly marked as such on the listing, and sold at a reduced price.

Have ordered from them quite a few times! It's so nice to be able to get some of my American favourites. Items do go out of stock quickly but I still have been able to get what I want on most every order.

Absolutely love your crisps range. I just passed your contact details onto a newly opened American shop near us in Newquay Cornwall. Sadly the shop I used to regularly go to in Par Cornwall changed hands but stopped selling their American branded stuff. So I suggested that this new shop takes it over. I strongly recommend American Fizz. I have used them frequently over the last couple of years and have never been disappointed.
