I have been using cutlist for 2 years now and what a fantastic company to work with. All the team are extremely friendly and always there to help from a phone call away. The website has just been undated and makes it so much easy to order components… which has been a game changer. By using high end “Egger boards and shaker doors” for my projects, have brought my company to a whole new level.

CUTLIST - The Best Service I've received EVER since having moved from South Africa to the UK.

I recently started dabbling in woodworking / cabinet building and I was commisioned to build my first cabinet and matching shelf for customer.

Having scoured the WWW for a praticular Egger/Chip Board, CUTLIST were the only ones that were able to source the product for me. Not only did they source it, but they cut the boards down to the sizes I requested. I specified edge banding too, but I didn't specify exactly what I wanted to edge band. Within a couple days, I was able to go collect the cut and edged boards.

Upon further inspection a few days after collection, I noticed some edges weren't edge banded. Not CUTLIST's fault in any way. All my error, being a newbie to cabinet making.

I emailed CUTLIST, they sent me some extra edging via post, free of charge!! Once I received the edging, I attempted a test glue up and trim, which didn't work out too well.

I then emailed Alex and asked if I could bring the boards back to them to edge for me. Alex's reply was "Sure thing, bring it round in the morning and the guys will zip it through for you, no charge!"

Despite CUTLIST being an hour/hour and a half drive away, I will most certainly continue using them as and when I receive more work. Their service, pricing, turnaround times are second to none! I simply cannot fault Alex and his team and their willingness to look beyond my errors and still assist me without additional charge. Any other company would've most likely charged me to post edging, or to do additional edging, especially when the error was on my part.

The Web interface was straightforward to use and submit my cutting list. The responding quotation came promptly within hours. I also received a Excel of cutlist which enabled me to easily both check and amend my requirements before emailing this back. The queries I raised were answered in full and exceedingly promptly. The speed of turnaround has been dictated by my taking my time to check my measurements rather than on Cutlist's excellent response times

I can't recommend these guys enough. From the moment that I contacted them for a quote to the delivery from their driver Dom the whole experience has been exceptional. Although we fit kitchens and do building work this was the first bespoke kitchen that we have done so I was anxious about getting the measurements and edging correct. I spoke to Rhys a couple of times and he was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Alex was also very helpful and once the order was placed Liz took over and everything went well. Dom called half an hour before he was due to arrive and was friendly and helpful once he did. The quality of the work was great too.

A very handy service indeed. I realised I could almost double my output by outsourcing my panel processing to Cutlist - and building another project in-between while I waited for delivery. Very reliable and prices that have actually even undercut the cost of having full-size panels delivered (which I'd then have to cut-to-size myself). Good range of materials including oak on lightweight poplar ply which I haven't been able to source anywhere else. On the odd occasion when panels have arrived damaged, replacements are clearly prioritised, because they were sent out very quickly. Highly professional, highly recommended.
