Thanks to the staff members who helped my mum and to the two members of the public, who were absolutely amazing, one I think was a young man called Sam and the other was a gentleman who had just got back from NewYork. If these gentlemen hadn't acted so promptly then I think my mum would of had a serious injury. Thank you so much to all involved
