Went into Ryman Canterbury today and received the most amazing service. Thank you Trish for being so helpful and friendly. Went into the shop for one item and came out with plenty more. Not only do they stock up on stationery but found amazing Minecraft night lights and lunch box bags for my twin boys. They are going to love it so much when they see it.

I had a 120 page book draft printed whilst I waited and I could not have been looked after any better. It was a rare experience of proper customer service. Very rare today and much appreciated

Extremely helpful service from Trish at the Canterbury Ryman's store. I phoned before my visit and Trish was there to meet with me when I visited the store later that afternoon. I was very impressed with her great customer service, nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to help me with my scanning, copying and stationery needs.Thank you Trish 🙂

We came to print some documents there, and in spite of the fact that the printer had not been working stable that day, the personnel was persistent to make it work, and generous as much as to print everything we needed for free! Very kind of them!!!

Excellent customer service received from Angel today. Printed out some flyers and then offered to cut them for me also. Great price for printing and great quality, too. Would highly recommend.

''Trish'' is a Lovely and Helpful lady. She helped to sent my Cracked Screen Motorola mobile to repair center through DHL. On the basis of her advised I have saved £14 from packaging. I went into the shop yesterday looking for arts and crafty bits to start my small business idea, a Lovely lady called trish advised me on the best things to start of with (shadow boxes, woodburning tool Ect) she showed me how to use the wood burning tool step by step and allowed me to try with her assistance in the shop.

I came into the Canterbury store for some printing just before closing time. I was served by Trish who was amazing and so helpful. The in-store printing service was quick and simple.

Was a very smooth experience. I met Trisha who was very helpful and friendly. I’ll come again next time I need printing. Definitely recommend.

The female manager helped us with DHL parcel refund, although there is something wrong with the waybill from merchant, she is always patient and nice. We put our parcel there and communicate by phone afterwards. I appreciate how good the service is, and that makes me feel better when coping with some mean online merchants.
