Dreams Ruislip

I was served by a very experienced and jolly young man called JOHN. He offered me a drink while I waited which was not for long. My shopping experience with Dreams was amazing. I bought a double Mattress and got 4 anti allergy pillows absolutely free and was not charged for delivery. All in all a very pleasant and quick experience. I will definitely shop at Dreams Ruislip again. Aliya Yusuf

John who looked after us, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. No hard sell.Delighted with our purchase !He had a lovely manner and is an asset to Dreams. Loved the coffee.

Thank you Ishaa for helping me make an important choice when buying a mattress that will support my back. Opted to downsize bed size to single, and purchased ,base ,headboard and mattress, thank you for your patience and coffee .

Help and advice from Paul was first class such a nice man and coffee was much appreciated on a very cold day. Mattress I have chosen is just what I wanted only down point was that wrong e.mail address was put on paperwork and had to make another half hour journey from jome to collect it. I was informed that e.mail addresses cannot be changed over the phone hence the half hour journey apart from that brilliant.

The service in store was fantastic and second to none! Came in and left with 2 mattresses!

The team at Dreams Ruislip Manor were amazing in qualifying my needs and recommending a suitable product for both myself and my parents!

I would like to give a special thank you to Dheeram who sold me the mattresses, as well as Ishaa and John with their fantastic product knowledge and finally Paul who finalised all the paperwork! They’re definitely the A-Team and a real asset to the company!

The delivery team were the icing on the cake and came on time to replace our mattresses! Will be recommending to friends and family for sure :)

Absoloutly fabulous service! Just recieved my matress and no hanging around either! Had a delievery slot of 12 to 2 and the lads arrived at 12... Clifford was lovely and very professional

I was looking for a new mattress and John came forward to serve me. He talked me through the computerised system that finds the ideal mattress for you first. After printing out the results John asked me what my budget was and then took me to the relevant mattresses to try them out. Throughput the whole procedure he was very helpful , knowledgeable but friendly. Thanks to him I have purchased the correct mattress for me.
The service was so impressive that my friend who came with me will soon be returning there to also buy a new mattress.

Dheeran was extremely friendly, I was greeted at the front door, asked if we would like a tea or coffee, took the time out to discuss what kind of bed I was after and introduced me to the sleep match….highly recommend the Ruislip Dreams site

I CALLED INTO DREAMS TO LOOK AT THE BEDS , I FOUND THE STAFF TO BE VERY HELPFULL, I WAS OFFERED A TEA OR COFFEE AND I ORDERED A NEW BED AND MATTRESS ,,, AND ITS COMING WEDNESDAY ... WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND VERY PLEASED

Very very good service and we were extremely satisfied…

Bought 2 beds from here on a Friday no fuss, no hassle, in and out within half hour. Come Wed the price had dropped so popped into store next day. Paul & John were fantastic as they price matched the beds and arranged a refund of the difference. Great friendly customer service and can recommend.
