Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Having been to the Sydenham curry’s earlier in the day and was disappointed with my experience I went to the Bromley Curry’s where I was greeted by Nicola. She went above and beyond to help with my query and helped me sort out a replacement hoover.

I was looking for a new laptop and came away with everything I needed. I was served by Savy who was very knowledgeable, patient and super helpful in finding me the right laptop. He spent a good 30 minutes with me, answered all the questions I had and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service and very helpful staff. Isabella was very helpful, as well as the store manager.

I went to this outlet for the first time to buy watch Nd ended up buying 2, since the sales person was nice and informative

Went to get some ink cartridges for my computer printer. Staff were very helpful and showed me where all the inks were. Unfortunately they didn't have individual colours (I wanted yellow), so I had to buy a full pack. Saves me another trip later

There is a particular gentleman that I was appreciative of his service as he helped me twice with a smile. Service with a smile goes a long way and I would like his management and the internet to know how he was exceptional. I had an order that then became in to a few things that I didn’t know I had to have as far as what else it would need. For clarity sometime you think you can order what you need, find out it needs other things to operate and it’s good to have someone there to explain it. Very knowledgeable and needs a promotion as far as helping multiple customers in a store we’re management is needed for context. Well done assistant 44 Alex as what it said on my till receipt.

I had to return to edit. This I am really pleased that the receipt said 44 Alex. As I am playing with my orders, I have realized that the 44 Alex that helped me is the same till receipt ID I had from last time. My Bride really appreciates the kitchen appliances and I have to had a fun time cleaning them. Taa

Sunday 12th Nov 2023, bought a microwave. Just the one we wanted and a Black Friday Sale!

Young man that served me on on Sunday was very helpful.

Collected an online order using the parking collection option. The staff brought it promptly to the car. No issues.

Staff are really helpful and communication is very good, when I went to check if a laptop was in stock in curry’s Orpington they sent me here with a lack of knowledge as to what I wanted as well as bad mouthing Bromley curry’s when In reality I found Bromley curry’s to be way more helpful. Bromley Curry’s gave me way more options and support with my purchase (as well as considering outside factors, for example the laptop I wanted wasn’t in stock and they considered my availability to get it) the two staff members I spoke to displayed extremely good communication and were very friendly/easy to talk to, they made sure my issue was resolved before I left 100%. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the names of the two helpful staff members but I’m sure they’ll know who they are. Cheers guys!

Ordered a washing machine.done the click & collect in car park,but went in & spoke to the staff anyway. A lady had it ready for us on a sack trolley & help me load into my car in the pouring rain,she was really helpful. Thank you for your caring service 👍👍

We were served recently by Nicola at the bromley store and our experience and conversation with her was 10/10. She was very patient and made sure we left happy customers and done all she could in assisting us with our purchase and make it seem less for us. This is the best service I have ever received in a curry’s Pc world so Thankyou Nicola again for all your help. I do hope this message finds her. She made a huge difference to us especially as new parents.
