Tesco Superstore

Pinner store is great. Loads of value, options and variety. The staff's even better. It's my all time favourite (27 years of using Tesco in London).

Duty Manager, Mr Shiv goes the extra mile to help customers. I have never seen anyone as dedicated to offer the best shopping experience ever and seems very nice with his team too.

Where do I begin. Tesco has diverse food groups and has a varieties of different cultures of food. The staff are very friendly and will help you with your concerns. It really feels like a family shop full of love and care. I love to shop there every week as it has many of my things that I need. Even if you need skin care products this shop has it all.

My first time at this store with my disabled mum and it was the car park that I was most impressed with. The customer service we received from the young guy collecting trolleys was above and beyond. I can’t praise him enough, not only was he extremely friendly, he also went out of his way to help with getting our carts. After we finished shopping he pulled it out and loaded it into the car for us. Thank you young man you have a kind heart

Thet are plenty of other supermarkets in the area, some with a larger selection. But this one has got the best staff. From the dancing man who collects the trolleys to the friendly ladies making polite conversation on the check outs. The staff are always ready to help out, even when you don't ask, they see someone struggling and they just step in and help out. Nice people who work there with great customer service skills.

The other day I visited tesco at Pinner Green and I had the most fantastic experience. A man called Martin was at the front of the store entertaining everybody queuing up and generally bringing light, joy and happiness to everybody entering the store. I am still laughing 2 days later! This man is a credit to your company and should have his own show, or even better be the face of your seasonal advertisements. What a brilliant guy! Thank you so much. An asset to Tesco, you should be so proud to employ this lovely person.

Good local supermarket with deli counter, fishmonger and bakery.
Convenient opening hours.
There's pharmacy, keys cutting service, public toilet and fresh flowers stand.
Ladies at the till are always friendly, polite and they smile a lot!

I have to say the staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful compared to other Tesco stores. I was looking for something that wasn't on the shelf and 2 members of staff went to the stock room to get it for me instead of just telling me they didn't have it.. very happy customer!! :)

I’ve been using this tesco store for years, however i would like to give a special mention to Martin. He is a pleasure to be served by, is always smiling and loves to start conversations and crack jokes, which is missing from customer experience these days

Bought 2 containers of strawberries last night. One has 2 mouldy strawberries within it. Cannot take back tonight, but will on Friday when
they would most likely be mouldy anyway. Cannot ring just a long menu about Home Delivery. Date 5th May produce bought 4th May.

The staff is friendly, it's a great place to find good food at good prices. I love that store. It's just that last self service till really that is annoying.

I just purchased some bread and because the closing time was close the bakery employs were busy with other tasks but Nish although is not working in this department and finished his shift found the time to slice the bread I have just purchased. That's great customer service.

Very disappointing. Staff very helpful but spent too long and energy trying to find things I wanted. Whoever thought of putting tea and coffee on an isle with kitchen requirements must have escaped from a loony bin!

Staff at this Tesco are very friendly and helpful. Vegan alternative range is also getting better week by week.

It's a good store with friendly staff

Had problems with self check out, not enough staff at normal checkout

It does the job but was missing a few things like turnips, passion fruit. A bit limited the range there.
