Advantage Printer Ink & Toners

I ordered a Canon package of "XL" size black & white and "XL" size colour cartridges. Unfortunately I received a Canon pack containing a (too small) size "L" black & white and (correctly) an "XL" colour including some free photo paper. Gary says that this is something that Canon sprang on them and they were not aware of it.
I cannot fault Gary's response, he immediately offered me a choice of full refund or keep the goods I had received and receive a free "XL" remanufactured black & white cartridge. I chose to keep the goods and receive a freebie remanufactured cartridge which arrived very speedily in the post. Thanks and I will be ordering from you again.

Excellent service, phoned up on Monday and new cartridges delivered Wednesday. Would highly recommend, will be back for more when these run out. Old ones sent back for recycling.

First class service called up at gone 6pm, he stayed on so i could collect ink, also got it at a good price. happy days
