Good place to fetch something during late hours

Unfortunately I have to agree with these poor reviews. Staff member I encountered was rude to me and the customer in front dropping off parcels.

Positive marks for on street parking right outside, Cheetos and lemon Fanta.

I’m sure it’s a tough game to be in, but a little bit of courtesy goes a long way. I won’t be coming back.

Its not often i give such a low review, and im not one of these self-righteous tards that leave a 4 star review with nothing bad to say but i do like to think im fair.

As the other reviews have stated, the shop keepers (not just one) aren't suited to the job. As you walk in, they'll be hiding behind a mountain of crisp packets, troughing, watching videos on their phone or even having a full blown conversation with themselves.
Every now and then they'll scowl across the shop to you almost accusing you of stealing without actually saying anything.
When it comes to check out time, they pay as little attention to you, Asif your custom is an inconvenience. (Ironic for a convenience store). They'll mutter the totalling amount, maybe even literally throw a carrier bag at you if you ask nicely.

All while rolling their eyes.

On a plus side, they have plenty of outdated food/drinks/snacks for you to tuck into (while thinking, this tastes abit funny)

Top tip to the owner, educate your employees and give the place a lick of paint.

Rude customer service from the woman who works there. Never felt so unwelcome as a paying customer in a shop before. Happened 3 times now so it’s not an isolated incident.

I went to drop a parcel off, there was a scappy paper notice on the Evri printer saying they have no space for parcels. The man in the shop was incredibly rude and isisted they could not take parcels even though there was plenty of room by tyhe counter. I will never use this shop for anything, they do not deserve my custom.

More of the same terrible customer service, evri (Hermes) need to remove this shop from their service. Every time I've been in to drop a parcel off the guy is so ignorant, he interacts with you like you're something he's scraped off his shoe. The final straw came this week when he just flatly refused to take a parcel on the basis he didn't have room to put it. It wasn't even a big parcel and there was plenty of room near the pile at the end of the counter where the other parcels were. He's giving evri a bad name.

They turn their fridges off during the nighttime meaning their milk is always lumpy. Every time I have brought milk from this shop it is lumpy, I have even informed the staff on one occasion that a bottle of milk was completely separated and curdled before it’s sell by date to which I was told to just grab another from the back. They didn’t even remove the bad milk or think too check for more bad ones. Being a mum to a toddler who drinks milk a lot this is extremely serious and could cause my child to become poorly. Completely unacceptable and if your in need of milk I suggest making the extra 5 minute journey to tesco and getting fresh milk.

The old guy who works there is SO rude and miserable it's ridiculous. Never have I experienced such rude customer service. Just lobs your plastic bag at you then pulls his miserable face if you take more than a few seconds bagging your stuff. The entire transaction often goes through without him saying anything unless it's to whoever he's on the phone to. Park News is barely 5 minutes away so just go there instead

Man behind the counter is rediculously rude. Has now decided he will only accept Evri parcels between 10am and 7pm probably so it doesn’t interrupt the endless phone call he’s always on

Extremely rude staff and outdated system for sending Hermes parcels.waste of time. Scanned parcels are left on the shop floor too.
Use one stop instead for Hermes

They have a sign over the delivery computer saying they won't accept parcels...what's the point of offering the service!!

Rude and doesn’t accept packages at times specified online. He told me to come back but I will be using an alternative service.

The evri post printing machine does not work.
