Argos Fosse Park (Inside Sainsbury's)

I would like to thank Scarlett on the desk at Fosse Park Argos this morning when she helped me with a mix up with a delivery address. She is a credit to your store and sorted everything out politely and calmly.

Needed a new little battery clock for the bathroom, ordered on the way to Fosse park and it was available by there time we arrived. Quick service once there also.

I love argos very easy to get what you want whether you reserve online or in store you will get what you need very fast. If you check online if item you need is in stock it makes it really simple plus you can reserve without payment and they hold it for 2 days or you can pay online and get your item even faster or get same day delivery 😎

I don't know what the previous review is all about I have bought several items from Argos and reserved them to be collected and all times I have been highly satisfied with the service and will continue to use it.

There is always someone who will moan about nothing.

Didn't have what we wanted in stock but we're very helpful a young man reserved our item at another store & we collected it from there. Was very happy with service given.

I went back to the store because I'd had some issues with a laptop that I had bought 3 months ago. The guy who served me could not have been more helpful. Exemplary customes service.

Cannot believe people state staff not helpful. I have used this store 100's of times and NOT once have any member of staff not been helpful or rude. Have always said Customer Service at this store is the best.

It's simply Argos, for those who may not have visited, here's what happens, go in, look up your product in the catalogue, enter the number and see the availability, pay, wait a few minutes, then a nice person calls your number out or it appears on screen, collect your goods and leave. It works.

Staff member called Michelle went above and beyond for me to try to get a washing machine delivered for me over the weekend. It couldn't be done but she was so helpful and friendly. A credit to the company.

Argos is great place to go as it is quick and easy to place your order and you are out with in 5 mins. Very nice staff helpful and friendly to help you
