Levi's® Fosse Park

I went to Levi’s 25/11/23, and was served by Alexander. He was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. He enabled to stay in the fitting rooms trying on jeans, and he ran back and forth collecting different styles and sizes for me. He was able to give appropriate advice for what I was looking for. I hope this feedback gets back to him, and he is given recognition for his hard work and brilliant customer service.

Good for getting Jeans. My other half always needs the legs taking up as nowhere does the short legs he needs, so it's great that they have that service available. We were warned there was a longer than usual wait, but they were actually ready pretty quickly.

I visited Levi’s today, I had no idea what I needed size wise! Gian approached me and was so helpful, I gave him an idea of what I was after and he provided me with a few different pairs of jeans to get me started, from then on we went back and forth through different sizes and styles until we found the perfect pair! I couldn’t recommend Gian’s assistant anymore he has a great knowledge of the different styles and fits!

As for the jeans they are beautiful quality and fantastic fit! They are pricey but I feel like everyone should have at least 1 pair in their wardrobe!

I'm always fussy when shopping but Josh went out of his way to find any size or fit I wanted to try. Would definitely recommend the shop

I went to this store today. I was assisted by Rukaya. She was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she even gave me advice on the jeans i was trying on. A very clean store and all the staff seemed very helpful. In my considerable experience Rukaya was exceptional as an assistant. I highly recommend this store for the staff alone.

Good customer service although got approached 3 times in a short period of time. Each time saying we were just browsing. I get wanting to provide a good experience when previously shopping in a Levi’s it does come in great use. But it was just a little too much.
