Very helpful staff. A good variety in stock, if you can't find something they will order it for you.

Great store located in the Regent Arcade in Cheltenham. Always well stocked and I visit regularly for their fantastic value magnesium supplements.

The Manager Lewis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot express how kind and caring he was.

Spoke to a ginger chap regarding a supplement I needed, his response was ‘dunno what that is, I’m doing something will check in a minute’ finished what he was doing then flirts with his colleague. As you probably guessed I didn’t get what I was looking for

Staff unhelpful and awkward. Sophia (maybe manager) far more interested in flogging warm drinks on offer and the in-house magazine than treating people like humans. My first visit to this branch being new in town. I'll order online from now on

Good size shop with a wide selection, the reason for 1 star is the service from the manager "Lewis" I believe his name was, who was on his phone speaking to his friend about arrangements they were making in their personal life. He seemed put out he had to put his mobile away and serve me! Poor customer service, serve customers or they will go online!

AVOID - the Cheltenham branch has the rudest, most unprofessional manager I've ever encountered.
Go to Boots or Superdrug instead!
