Asda Blackwood Superstore

I genuinely cannot thank Asdas enough. I had a massive problem with the Uber drivers delivering my shopping last night and it was chaos. I rung Asdas store and a manager ( I can’t remember her name ) got straight back to me to sort this after the Uber driver took my shopping back without delivering it! She was absolutely brilliant getting it to me within half and hour of talking to her. I also can’t thank Paul enough!! one of the Asda drivers who delivered my shopping off his own back whilst he was doing his own shopping in the store and brought it to me with no problems at all! Will always use asda delivery amazing customer services! All the drivers are brilliant that I’ve met but Paul definitely deserves to be noticed for this!

Great customer service from a lady called Audrey today. I had lots of parcels to collect and as some orders were split into 2 parcels, she spent lots of time making sure that everything was correct. She was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. Can you give praise to Audrey for me please. Thanks, Nicola Stevenson

Asda was my favourite store until this morning I can mostly get all I need there when I can get served, professional & friendly staff. Problem this morning not enough people on checkouts queuing down the isle. I will not use those self checkout (if I wanted a job I would have applied) why would we want to serve ourselves Great clothes, loads of parking space. I’m all for progress but what’s the world coming too. We do things for ourselves at home it’s nice to get out & get served by someone else. It’s about time we all made a stand & refuse to use these self serve checkouts.

Lovely clean tidy shop, good layout and always friendly staff, best thing it the scan as you go option, makes shopping more bearable!
Wish they had a cafe.

Fab store always get what you need, but i bought a bunch of flowers for the wife and they all flowerd lovley apart from the roses there was three stems of roses all with about 5 roses on each stem and they all died within to days without opening.

In an age where we criticise rather than praise, I wanted to thank all the staff at Asda Blackwood who provided excellent support to me and my husband on Saturday afternoon. I did not get their names, but they were - the lovely lady on the customer service desk.

Staff are helpful, can get busy, you can use self service, scan as you go on app or with the gun. Tills are only open til about 8pm.

Hi my name is linda, i had a fainting experience today in blackwood store, i have to say the 2 kind ladies that helped me was outstanding didn't catch their names sadly 1 lady on the checkout and another member of your staff these 2 ladies i would like to thank them they acted very quick and wheelchair me out to my daughter car Thank them both so very much im home safe and resting in bed. Again big thank you don't know what i would of done without them both. Happy Christmas and New year

Pat on the pizza counter, 76 years old. She's worked there just as long as it's been open. What an amazing person! So bubbly and loving her job! If all the staff was like her it would be the best place 😊 she was lovely serving us

Today in lockdown, I desperately took a trip to this store as my car battery had drained from my sat nav. For me it was an essential journey as I couldn’t lock my works vehicle and would void my insurance . The lady in customer service (I think her name was kelly) was a super star. They didn’t have the jump leads but phoned all nearby shops for me. Under the given situation, she showed such professionalism and helped me beyond required. I made a trip to coryton and it was waiting for me at customer service. You saved a stressed individual from going shop to shop. Thank you.

Shop at this store on a regular basis but tonight I was blown away by how good the customer service team . didn't get a name but the too woman who helped me went above and beyond big thank you add blackwood

Asda is great for everyone, MASSIVE selection of cheese :) Car park usually has loads of spaces, but misses still insists on parking in the smallest space, they have a petrol station here now, but it only takes card NO CASH.

as i said about sainsbury and tesco me bloke them supermarkets dont do it for me. asda best of the bunch though
