Tesco Superstore

Whenever I visit this store, the abundance of goods and reasonable prices encourage me to buy.

A surprisingly large Tesco for the city centre. Across two floors, linked by travellator or lift, this store carries almost all you'd expect of a large store. The location means that it can get fairly busy.

One of the best places within the city centre to get your shopping done the store is spread over two floors, with the upper floor having a flat escalator so perfect for shopping trolleys and they don't slip. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the ones on the tills are very professional.

Till didn’t print my receipt at checkouts. Asked a colleague (Jascha — sorry if spelling is wrong!) for help. She spent the next couple minutes trying her very best to fix the paper jam inside the printer so she could get me my receipt. She was incredibly patient, not only with me being awkward and wanting a receipt, but just with the admittedly frustrating situation itself. Eventually, we couldn’t find the receipt and I said ‘it’s totally fine, don’t worry about it’ but she insisted, knowing we’d already gone through enough thing to retrieve it, and took me to another till where she was promptly able to locate the transaction and reprint the receipt. It’s experiences like this which not only make my day — knowing somebody genuinely cared about helping me — but encourage me to choose a particular store (i.e. this one), or supermarket chain, over another. Thank you Jascha for going over and beyond to be nice to me, and I hope your managers appreciate what an asset you are to your store :)

Excellent service & Staff Are Fantastic To

Great customer service from Rob! I went into Tesco this evening for some shopping and couldn't find any soy yoghurt. I asked a member of staff where they were and he was very helpful. Took me to the section, apologised for there being no yoghurt and offered to check the back. He promptly returned with some yoghurt! Thank you

my latest photos are from a elaborate scam from within the ORG tesco scammers mobile 📱 and 02 simply because they took my money and obviously happy dealing with them but guess what ?..it's all my fault don't let your amazing family be upset Christmas 🤶 morning dealing with the same iffy accent when you call unquestionably they took the money 💷 then supprise ⁉couldn't find it taking my money 💷 when I've got FA and plenty of it and still got it all my fault even though I documented all steps ov the process and tweetys the lot because ain't no secret my life is a open book love every single one of you amazing people xx 🙈😲🤺⚘give them 5 stars ✨ by mistake reality is minus ➖ 5 💩💩⛔🤚

This store has a great selection of plant based and gluten-free items.

Thank you to the amazing staff who helped me rescue my bike from a careless baffoon who accidentally locked her bike to mine outside the shop.

A Tesco Supermarket in a city centre is always useful, with a plethora of items to supermarket sweep up when you're in a rush. Well located for the shuttle bus to Liverpool Airport from the Liverpool One Bus Station, I've always found it useful to pop in here, grab a meal deal, a travel plug and then leisurely make my way to the airport. Helpful staff too.

Tesco superstore is a supermarket where you can buy everything from food to personal hygiene at a low price.

Really helpful staff. Busy place and they're always ready to help.

Lovely store had everything

Good selection of vegetables and a well stocked foreign food section upstairs. Its got pretty much everything you could need in a shop!

Nicely arranged, even though its small but almost everything is there...you can pay through an assisted cashier or self service
