Homebase - Market Harborough

Bought a bin storage box & as luck would have it, after finally getting it home we find one of the panels is damaged! Really hoping we don’t have to repack the whole thing etc I called the store and spoke with Mandy who was an absolute Angel! She offered to try & help & told me she would call back in 15mins to confirm… she called back way before that & confirmed everything was sorted & ready for me. Mandy called again later in the day to advise that her shift was over but she had let all the staff know… what can I say but WOW! What exceptional service! Mandy was so polite, kind & helpful… & she really went above and beyond! Thank you! I really do hope she gets the recognition she deserves from Homebase ❤

This store has had a re vamp, and the layout is far better than before. Staff are very helpful, ample parking.

Everything under one roof. Now, also Christmas decorations. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking, many free for 30 minutes and all free from 6pm and Sundays.

Excellent service and quick collection- only collected my order. Hence, can't comment on the store items.ample parking available. Overall, it was a good experience

Homebase is the nearest one gets to the traditional ironmonger in Market Harborough, where one could browse among loose nails, tacks, bolts, nuts, screws, and other merchandise for the home, shed, garden, outhouse and washhouse. Today, one has the convenience of Homebase, where nails, tacks, bolts, nuts, screws and other merchandise is, for one's convenience, sold in packets and divers wrapping materials. Indeed, there is for the tradesman and DIY amateur all one needs to renovate, repair, build, paint and decorate, etc., one's property inside and outside.
The staff are most helpful and knowledgeable, and if an item is imperfect then a replacement or refund is readily available. Everything under one roof is, surely, a bonus. The 'icing' is the Homebase garden centre, where a fantastic array of flora is on display; and the prices of the merchandise are very, very reasonable.
After leaving Homebase, you will go home feeling very satisfied with yourself; and you will not be out of pocket. I strongly recommend Homebase.

Clearway PCS staff often need supplies in a hurry and Homebase always has a good selection of items that we need day to day.

Used to work here as a teenager and I still think it is a great store. Great for all DIY projects.

Very helpful staff

This branch is nicely kept and stocked very well. Don't assume the prices are high priced as I've got some terrific bargains from here over the years. Nice outdoor garden area. Huge carpark just outside with 30 minute free parking spaces (if available). Some good quality items in store.

On a couple of occasions recently i have been to this store and purchased things that are too heavy for me to manage, on both those occasions i was assisted by Dan who helped without hesitation being extremely pleasant and kind and it makes such a huge difference to my day and to my shopping experience i hope the manager knows what a star he truly is and i am very grateful for such excellent customer service, well done Dan thank you.

Everything you could need from a DIY store in a great location, easy access and ample parking, friendly service

Jana helped me today when questions were asked about a pump for a hot tub.
We held hands and then Jana, got me assistance from John, we too held hands...
Through the great knowledge I received, i ended up purchasing a brand new hot tub, not the small item I came in for.
So it just goes to show, humans and shops are needed and sales are done still the olde fashioned way. Great customer service, staff who know the products and a professional service.
I will be back to hold hands one day.... so long for now. Keep up the good work.

I came today and purchased an item that was rather heavy. The lovely staff were so nice and helped me out. Even at these difficult times and with social distancing measures in place they went above and beyond. I just want to thank you to all the staff for their help. Very grateful indeed :)

A larger store with plenty of space and parking. The staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. Good DIY and garden centre.

During these difficult times the staff were brilliant. Extremely professional, very helpful and all working really hard to keep themselves and customers safe. Obviously some products are hard to come by but most of the stock is available.

Fantastic customer service. They couldn't have been any more helpful. Went to check stock on an item and have arranged a delivery from Leicester store for the item. BBQ we purchased was much cheaper than any where else. Fantastic quality.
