Bowden Stores

Bowden Stores is my one of my absolute favourite spots. The team are hugely welcoming, remember you, and you are always greeted with kindness.

The food is fantastic and hugely reliable. How the gluten free pancakes are so fluffy is beyond me!

The shop is beautifully curated and always a treat to explore.

I rant on about Bowden Stores to so many of my friends, clients and family members and will long continue to do so!

Thank you for creating such a beautiful atmosphere - a spot I have visited through rough times, wonderful times, pregnancy, and will soon bring my baby girl to as well! You have to start them early ;) xx

Nice little shop with day to day basics pluss a lovely coffee shop serving great tea and coffie and verry nice food, highly recomended.

Very difficult to say anymore than has already been said about this lovely place. Super fast service with delicious food. We were there for breakfast and it was amazing.
It can get a tad noisy when busy which is clearly not a fault of the establishment.
Lovely friendly staff and a great place to celebrate my 60th birthday weekend.

Today we decided to travel to Market Harbrough and our favourite cafe as my daughter needed cheering up . It didn't disappoint , amazing food and drinks best we've had in a long time and a break from the norm the cakes looked amazing too .friendly staff on the counter . See you again soon x

Amazing cafe, the food is delicious with a good range on the menu and a excellent breakfast. Booking is important as it can get very busy quickly especially for groups larger than 2 people. There is more tables outside when the weather is nice. The atmosphere is amazing and it is lovely in all conditions. There is an excellent wide range of drinks with delicious coffee and tea. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Food can take a bit longer when the cafe is very busy but it is not an unreasonable wait. The shop has lots of nice items but can be a bit expensive.

Flawless breakfast!

Poached egg was 10/10, very good quality ingredients and you can tell the chefs care about the food they make! I've had many a cooked breakfast - perhaps too many! But not many as good as this one.

The breakfast being served in a skillet/pan isn't a gimmick, it keeps your breakfast nice and hot whilst eating/chatting.

Great, friendly local coffee shop with friendly staff. The food and drinks selection is great, with lovely specials. The shop is a bonus, filled with amazing interior finds.

Very pleasant atmosphere, great staff and a fantastic menu with lots of tasty options. Excellent coffee too!

This is a great little local place for brunch and lunch. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. There are a few small tables and bar stools, but individuals, couples and smaller groups should probably be prepared to pull up a chair and share the large table in the middle of the store at busy times.

Great service, lovely setting, nice food and had a lovely chat with the owner. I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful organic and fresh food, delicious cakes and coffees as well as indoor and out door seating. If you get a sunny day there is nothing better than to sit out the front on the green and pass the time over a latte and slice of blonde

The Coffee and Cakes are exceptional, And there is always a good variety. I also like the different selection of cakes each time I go in.

Only thing that I find slightly frustrating is the lack of flexibility with the Menu, I couldn't order poached eggs on brown bread as they didn't have brown bread!

As a cyclist I definitely visit more cafes than the average person and I think Bowden Stores is one of the best I have ever been to. I have returned many times with my family and always had friendly service, amazing coffee and there is a wide selection of good quality food.
As well as the food and drinks, there is a nice selection of gifts and bits for the home if you like a bit of shopping.
Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little coffee shop, well worth a visit.

Literally the best vegan breakfast I've ever had! The chai latte was amazing too. I can't wait to go back and try the whole menu. The atmosphere is great, love the decorations too!
