The girl was really pleasant and very helpful, she sorted out my query and my phone is up and running now, I could not fault her.

Called in on a busy Saturday looking at an upgrade. I was greeted by Geoff who looked at my phone history and went to a lot of time and trouble to sort me with a modern phone around my payment limit. Was so happy my partner upgraded too! 5 Star to Geoff🏆

Went in with daughter to swop account over, switched to sim only, with very helpful advice from Geoffrey. Store neat and clean, staff polite, pleasant experience, credit where its due 👍

Called in yesterday to pay off my phone plan. Within 10 minutes I was set up with a new tarriff. O2 are the best network in the country. The staff in the shop are always polite and helpful
